TITAN 500 SX
TITAN 500 SX is a compact and high-performance 4HP single-phase floor grinder, equipped with a removable mono-directional gear-driven planetary system and variable speed control.
It is the ideal machine for grinding small to medium surfaces in marble, terrazzo, granite, and concrete, as well as for industrial floor preparation, bush hammering, surface leveling, removal of old glues and resins, and mirror polishing of concrete with the HyperConcrete® system.

HARDENED GEAR TRANSMISSION
The planetary system is made 100% of hardened metal and operates without belts. The gear-driven transmission allows the machine to work continuously while maintaining consistently high performance. No downtime or work interruptions due to broken belts. Belt-driven planetary systems cannot match the performance of gear-driven systems; they are prone to breakage during operation and require long repair times.
Attention: in many grinders, the main plate and the satellites do not operate together: if a satellite locks up, the main plate continues to rotate, drastically reducing the machine’s performance.
