Hyper Sander 430 is the new powerful and versatile sander from HG.
The sturdy, compact and intelligent chassis sets a new standard of handling; allows you to complete any sanding operation with ease and unrivaled comfort.

With a simple “click”, the “Frame Block System” attributes to Hyper Sander 430 the qualities of 2 machines in 1 only:

• Single brush mode: Wheels raised and rigid head.
• Sander mode: Wheels gronde and floating head.

The compact design makes it transportable in the trunk of a car, making the Hyper Sander 430 a machine also suitable for rental, moreover it can be quickly divided into 2 parts. Hyper Sander 430 is an exceptionally versatile machine, equipped with a high performance 4HP engine. With the available accessories and tools it is suitable for grinding and polishing any surface.

Effective on leveling compounds, screeds, concrete, marble and stone or preparation and removal works. the sturdy 3 metal gears reducer allows Hyper Sander 430 to be used also with additional weights of 17kg each, obtaining an optimal sanding pressure in any situation with unparalleled removal. It fully satisfies the needs of parquet laying , it is ideally suited for wood sanding and finishing even flush to the wall.

The “4Drive” counter-rotating planetary reduces to the minimum the vibrations for
the operator and makes the machine extremely balanced and fluid in every process. The vacuum system is designed to minimize the dust generated by dry sanding.

Frame Block System

With a simple “click,” the Frame Block System gives the Hyper Sander 430 the qualities of two machines in one:

• Single-disc mode: wheels raised and rigid head.
• Sander mode: wheels resting on the ground and oscillating head.

Compact design

Its compact design allows it to be transported in the trunk of a small car, making the Hyper Sander 430 also suitable for rental use. It can also be quickly disassembled into two parts.

“4Drive” planetary system

The “4Drive” planetary system with counter-rotating motion minimizes the vibrations transmitted to the operator and makes the machine extremely well-balanced and smooth in every operation.

Non-marking wheels

Large white non-marking wheels made of closed-cell, deformation-resistant material.
Diameter: Ø300 mm.

Variable speed

VS version with variable speed control, allowing the motor speed to range from 155 to 250 rpm.
